Astronomers

Henderson, Alexander C. [MA; BD; Rev.] (1857-1925), born Glasgow, a peripatetic minister of religion who visited Australia. Amongst his many postings he is recorded as using a 6-inch refractor from the manse of Delting, Brae in Shetland. His interests lay with solar eclipses and popular astronomy.  He is principally known for observing aurora  and two introductory astronomy text books (Stroobant 1907, 43; Henderson 1906).
